Arthur Festivals
Arthur, Illinois
MoDo 1st Saturday Market
New in 2011
Beginning on the FIRST Saturday of September
and October hundreds of crafters, antique vendors, bakers,
produce vendors and others will gather at the Moultrie
Douglas Fairgrounds, behind the High School on the south
edge of Arthur.
The Moultrie-Douglas Fair Association has invested in new buildings, and all weather structure to house a New Monthly Market
Vendors of all kinds will display and sell their wares. Indoors and outdoors. The market will have vendors and visitors alike from all over the Midwest. This gathering is an ever changing selection of unique items that visitors and locals alike really enjoy.
Continuing on into 2012 markets are scheduled for the 1st Saturdays of April, May, June, August, September and October 2012. NOTE that there is NO MARKET IN JULY due to conflicts with our HUGE fireworks show at the same location and time.
This is going to instantly become a large show, even by our Arthur standards, so plan on attending as a visitor or a vendor!
