Arthur Festivals
Arthur, Illinois
Chet Kingery Memorial
Bluegrass Jam
Bring
your guitars, mandolins, banjos, bases, dobros and fiddles. We're
gonna' have a jam!
Sometimes its cold, but the pickin' and toe tappin' warms things up. Plus, there are always nooks and crannies around the downtown that provide shelter for the pickers.
Most of the time by early
afternoon, the sun
is out and things heat up. there may be hundreds
of instruments picking somewhere around in downtown Arthur at any
given time. Bring an instrument or a lawn chair and enjoy the food,
music and the day.

Don't forget that the CIBR-BBQ is going on at the same time , so plan to visit and have a rib or two while enjoying the music.
There is always something to do in Arthur!
