You may print out these forms below and mail them with your fees. When we assign you a vendor space we will mail you an acknowledgement with maps, your space assignment, setup and tear down times, and any last minute details.

 

We will acknowledge initial receipt of your application BY EMAIL ONLY, so be sure to clearly and accurately include your email address on your application.

General Event Description Summary

 

 

 

 

After we review your on-line form submission, we will send you an email asking your to confirm what we have recieved. If you confirm your application, we will send you a second email confirming that we do, in fact, have a space for you at your requested festival. This will be your acknowledgement that you are accepted to be a vendor. Lastly about 30 days before your selected event, we will email you a final confirmation, with your assigned space number, setup information, maps, and any other pertinent vendor information for your even.
