The Central Illinois Outdoor Expo will feature exhibitors from all aspects of the outdoor recreation industry.

We are planning on free vendor space and a nominal $1-$2 visitor admission for the first year, as our goal is to promote visits and tourism into our area of East Central Illinois (and maybe have fun along the way.) If we draw the visitors (customers) that we are looking for, we may ask vendors for a donation to help with marketing. Arthur has a great track record of building events here in Illinois Amish Country, and expect nothing less with this event.

 

If you make or sell calls, lures or outdoors equipment of any kind, offer guide or any other outdoor related services, or are or know any "experts" that might do seminars. please let me know. If you need to promote any outdoor related attraction, give us a call. Campgrounds, trail ride stables, hunting preserves, call us. If you have any contacts that you can provide or ideas of what you might like to see us do here that will help us build this event, let me know with an email to the contact tab above or a call to 217-543-2766.

10x10 basic booth size, no side or back curtains, generally BYO tables and display material, indicate the amount of space you will need. 20a light electricity available. If you need more let me know we will work it out. If you want outside space for trailer style displays we can accommodate. just let me know the details.

 

The early registrations may have their logos or products included in our marketing with your approval.

If your inquiry is for a display booth only, please briefly describe the display and the product or services you will be representing, anything unusual in your display that we need to be aware of, and the space you require. Most spaces will be 10 foot wide and a minimum of 8 foot deep. Let me know your space requirements in the copy above.

 

To insure against reservation no-shows we will require a $25, fully refundable at set up, registration charge to reserve a display space. If you send us a check, we will hold it until you set up, or if you wish to provide a CC#  we will process it only if you DO NOT show up.

  

Indemnity Agreement:
